TedxPortHarcourt 2017 is designed to foster the spread of powerful thought and ignition of critical dialog. This event's theme will cover fields ranging from socio-political issues to self-realisation to entertainment, education to digital to circular economy, artificial intelligence to religion to activism, feminism to governance to technology and how all of these affect the condition called humanity. In an attempt to deal with the dichotomies that arise from the instance of opposition or contrast between two aspects of the human condition and how we straddle who we are in real life real time and what may be borne from preconceptions, the 5th edition of the TEDxPortHarcourt 2017 event being organised is themed 'ALTERNATE VERSE'.
