With the ever increasing number of places of worship, religious leaders, and conflicts in our communities, Deinbofa pulls us into a deep and honest conversation, looking at the disruptions of colonial influence especially in the Niger Delta, not just on economic/political structures but on our faith, religions and culture, challenging us all to question glaring contradictions present in our belief systems. Deinbofa Ere is a filmmaker and writer. Outside of film making and writing, his varied interests include Philosophy, the Environment, Food and Gender issues and he is currently working on a project on mitigating violence against women and children in Bayelsa State. He lives in London and the Niger Delta.
