Frames are to the pictures what clothes are to the body. The frames that we have built could influences our future. The IRMP model, identification, resolution, Management and prevention, was an inspiration borne out of the need to mediate conflicts. IMRP helps you to manage relationships and avoid conflicts, it’s both a prophylactic and a reactive solution to conflict management and resolution.
