Awolanye Banigo emphasized the importance of relatable African/Nigerian literature that reflects society but not limited to themes of poverty and violence. She suggested using imaginative elements to create diversity and future-oriented stories, as seen in Nnedi Okoroafor and Tomi Adeyemi's speculative fiction. She encouraged adapting such stories to various art forms like video games and animations to birth the future we want to see.
