Imagine a Nigeria where the health focus is on the things that can prevent the need for healthcare as we know it today. This has been imagined by Dr. Reward and through this talk, he tries to share the road this imagination has taken him down. A Senior Program Manager on the Global Fund’s HIV/AIDS portfolio in Nigeria, Dr. Reward has managed a number of health and development projects funded by the likes of UNICEF, the US CDC, USAID, the European Union and the Global Fund. Consequently, he has acquired wide-ranging experience cutting across such areas as Maternal and Child Health, HIV/AIDS, Health Systems Strengthening, Emergency Response and Recovery, Livelihood Support, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Project Monitoring and Evaluation, Community Engagement and Health Advocacy.
