How do etiquette, family and domestic violence intersect? Justice Eberechi talks extensively on how these three are related, legal policies that can be put in place to curb these increasing cases of domestic violence, and how trainings at home, etiquette and common human decency come into play. The Hon. Justice Eberechi Suzzette Nyesom-Wike is a member of the International Bar Association (IBA); International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) Rivers State Branch (and once the Assistant Financial Secretary); National and International Associations of Women Judges (NAWJ and IAWJ); also an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb). She was once a member of the Magistrates’ Association of Nigeria (MAN) Rivers State Branch and a one-time Public Relations Officer of the Association. She is an observer of Judicial Proceedings at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) in Amsterdam on an excursion by LL.M students of the University of Sussex, U.K. in 2006 and has attended several seminars and conferences.
