Tochukwu Godwin is a Design Engineer, Entrepreneur, and Product Design Lecturer with over seven years of experience designing and building digital products, services, and experiences. As CEO of Silvera Technology, a high-powered creative agency, Tochukwu leads the design and development of digital solutions for organizations, startups, and growing businesses. His expertise spans Product Design and Distribution, Software Engineering, Brand Strategy and Growth, and AI-powered solutions. Beyond his professional practice, Tochukwu is deeply committed to Human Capital Development and Youth Empowerment. Since 2024, he has served as a digital skills trainer with the Obagi Host Communities Development Trust (HCDT) and the BOPANE Host Communities Development Trust, distinct community development initiatives established by TotalEnergies EP Nigeria LTD. Through these programmes, he has trained hundreds of young people in Product Design, Digital Literacy, and Software Engineering, equipping them with practical skills for employment, entrepreneurship, and meaningful participation in the digital economy. He is a founding faculty member of Product Design at the National Institute of Information Technology (NIIT), where he teaches emerging designers and technology professionals practical approaches to product thinking, design systems, and design engineering. His interests lie at the intersection of design, technology, entrepreneurship, innovation, AI, digital infrastructure, and educational technology.
