If the Amazon rainforest, as one of the world’s largest carbon sinks, is losing its ability to absorb more carbon monoxide from the atmosphere than it releases and gradually becoming a carbon source then we might be faced with a bigger climate change problem than we care to admit.

Oghosa has previously worked to demonstrate the impact of energy access on sectors and industries and provides support on low carbon emission strategies that promote cleaner energy. Oghosa was born in Port Harcourt, where she had her early-stage education, then moving to the UK. She currently works and lives in Abuja, Nigeria.
