It takes a village to raise a child

Oluwadamilola Adelowo | TedxPortHarcourt Salon 2018Nov 2018
Nurture often trumps nature. We should change our perspectives about adoption and become champions and advocates of changing and improving the lives of orphans. We should not be comfortable delegating the tasks of raising orphans or the unfortunates to the orphanage because there are more concerned with caring for the orphanage than the residents, the children do not thrive in these homes and most times, they  end up being a nuisance to the society.
